We’re Maxi and Nick, proud parents of four and big believers in keeping wellness simple and natural. We know how tough it can be to get kids to eat well and stay healthy.
Our children have been on this journey with us from the beginning, particularly when it comes to selecting flavors. They are our harshest critics, and we are thrilled to say that they have given Healthipops a resounding thumbs up!
WHY WE STARTED
Nature has an amazing medicine cabinet filled with gentle, soothing plants that can help ease the symptoms of common colds, sore throats, coughs, motion sickness, and even that anxious feeling when flying.
Painful ear popping, often called airplane ears or ear equalisation, can be quite uncomfortable for both adults and children during flights. We've all experienced this at some point. Sucking a lollipop during take-off and landing can provide relief. Ear Popper Stopper was created to make flying more comfortable, helping ease ear popping as well as soothing common flying issues with the addition of plant extracts.
Our family created the Healthipops Relief and Travel Range with natural wellness in mind. The ingredients include high-quality pharmaceutical-grade plant extracts, as it was important to us to offer families a fuss-free, natural remedy to ease the symptoms of common ailments.
We are often asked why Healthipops aren’t sugar-free. We consciously chose a sugar base because of the additional unwanted side effects many sugar-free alternatives can cause.
OUR DRIVE
Just like many families out there, we’ve sadly felt the impact of cancer in our lives. Our family has faced this journey too, with Nick's mum, Sophie, and Jo, our daughter, both being diagnosed with this terrible disease. We’ve sadly, seen up close how tough the side effects of treatments can be, from dry and sore mouths to those awful tastes which don't go away.
THE GOAL
So, why are we so passionate about this?
The Healthipops family is on a mission to create a special Healthipop that provides children with some natural, comforting relief during cancer treatment. If we can manage to bring a smile to just one child during such a difficult time, we’ll feel we’ve accomplished something truly special.
